5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns of most unworn, unwashed, undamaged items with original tags and packaging within 15 days of delivery for refund or exchange.

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

• Sandals and Slippers (due to direct foot contact)
• Items marked “Final Sale”
• Personalized or customized products

5.3 Return Process

2. We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

5.4 Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable except for our errors or defective items.

• Should use trackable shipping
