- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
- Includes tracking and insurance
Free Shipping
- Available for orders over $50
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.
International Shipping
For our international customers:
- All packages are shipped with the appropriate customs documentation
- Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, taxes, or import duties
- Delivery times may be longer than domestic shipments
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Trendy Shoes Wear purchases as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, our easy returns process has you covered.
Our Return Policy
You may return most unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags and packaging within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sandals and Slippers (due to direct foot contact)
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Personalized or customized products
How to Return or Exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package your items with:
- The original packaging
- RMA number clearly visible
- A copy of your order confirmation

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5-7 business days after delivery):
- Refunds: Processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days
- Exchanges: Your new item will be shipped within 1-2 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase:
