Very comfortable, but run large. I always wear a size 10 and my foot slips out of these easily. I wish there were half sizes available.

These boots are well made and warm but they run very large. They’re great for short walks or shoveling snow but lack the arch support I would need to wear them on long walks or all day.

The Kamik Snovalley 5 boots are exactly what I wanted in a winter weather boot. The fit is perfect for my size 8, allowing room for winter weight socks. The boots feel warm and cozy. The sale price made these all the more desirable. All I need is a snowy day for a fun hike in my new boots!

great fit, warm and snug, I love them.

it fits great, feels warm and great price.

The left shoe at the ankle seems a bit loose. This is interesting because my right foot is usually the one that feels snug in shoes, across the widest part (below the toes, that “knuckle area”). It’s not terrible and I will just snug up the laces.

DiBe specific about your likes and dislikes. How was the fit and size? What does the material feel like? How awesome (or not) do you feel wearing them?

These shoes run big; I ordered a 9 (which is my size, 9.5 in some brands), and it wasn’t immediately obvious that they were too big until I had already worn them and kept trying to tighten the laces to make them tighter. I woke up the next day to blistered ankles where they had been rubbing the day before.
I’m also concerned about the laces quickly wearing out – the way the lace-holders are designed they don’t allow for a snug fit, and upon each tightening I was very aware of how much the laces rubbed against the metal holders. I tried different configurations but nothing made sense. Unfortunately I can’t return them now because I did wear them for an extended period of time 🙁
In the right size, these may be great boots, but my experience was less than great with them.

It was -45°F for several days. I ordered the boots because my others leave my toes cold. These boots arrived one day early (thank God, Zappos, and UPS). These boots keep feet and toes warm even in subzero cold temperatures. BTW, I live where winter really is a thing. Having serious boots is a necessity not just some fashion statement.

The fit was good. I wear a 9 ½ usually and bought a 10 to allow for socks. They kept my feet warm, (I was in CO and it felt like -22). The support was good underfoot, but not around the ankles. The boots are so stiff, I could not pull the laces tight, so they slipped as I walked. I had my cousin try to tighten them and she could not, neither could her husband! I am sorry to say I do not recommend these boots.

These just arrived, they are super comfortable but as other reviews have mentioned, I can’t snug up the laces. It seems like they could use one more eyelet near the toe. They just feel too loose around the toe/ ankle section.
