These are perfect for us. We live in a climate with a long rainy cold autumn. My 3 year old wore these to childcare nearly everyday for three months. The wool insert is removable which is nice for airing it out. Many people around us use Viking boots but the wool is not removable. Love that feature of these. We didn’t use these for snow boots because it’s too cold here for these. We need something more technical for winter. But for a cold rainy/muddy autumn or spring, these are perfect.

The quality of these boots is horrible. For the price I expected something of decent quality. The top fabric part ripped from the rubber boot within a few wears. We used duck tape to adhere it back together. The rubber part soon was filled with cracks, tears, and holes. My 3 year old is active, running, climbing trees, etc, but I would expect a winter boot to be able to withstand this use. Total waste of money and I had to run out last minute to grab another pair of winter boots.

We love these boots! Insulated and warm and waterproof…not an easy combo to find. My 3 year old wore these for a full year. He loves them. We took the insert out to make room for growing feet and he still loves them. We will be buying another pair this fall. His little buddy across the street has them as well.

My son is a 6.5 and I ordered the 6- he still has a little room to grow, but they aren’t slipping off of his foot. They are 100% waterproof… and comfortable right out of the box.

Great snow boot/rain boot hybrid. Well-made, solid little boot. I expect he’ll outgrow it before it shows any significant wear and tear. If you are familiar with how well Kamik’s are made, this item won’t disappoint. Would buy again!

Purchased neutral color for daughter, who will pass down to little brother. The high quality will survive two children. Love the water/snow-proof out and the insulated insert. These features keep my child’s feet warm and comfortable. Also love that insert can be removed- useful for warmer (but rainy) spring temperatures as well as growing feet. And finally, also love that the closure feature is a toggle and not shoelaces. No child- or parent- has the patience for wet, cold shoelaces that come undone, so this is a savvy design.
