Great boots, I love that the liner comes out for easy drying. After playing, snow always seems to make its way inside. I’ve had boots for my kids that the liner didn’t come out and never again. I will always buy winter boots with removable liners.

Pretty and sturdy. Really is waterproof. Deep snow will spill in over the top of these boots as they are mid-calf height. The liner is easy to remove and dries quickly though. Highly recommend.

My daughter had to have this pair of boots after seeing them in the store early this fall. We waited and went back to get them and they were all sold out! She did not like any other boots anywhere in town so I found them on Zappos! She was so excited. The pattern on the boots is cute and match her snowpants/jacket. They keep her feet warm and dry. We have already had a few inches of snow for her to use them in. No complaints! This brand has always held up all season for us in the past. I have three kids and winter is a long season here in MN.

The Kamik Kids Rockets are a very comfortable well made stylish boot. My granddaughter loves them and enjoys wearing them. I purchased a smaller size for her sister. When she tried them on they were too small, my mistake. We contacted Zappos, received a mailing label that morning and replacement boots in the correct size the next day. All in time for Christmas.

I bought 3 of these because we are getting ready to move to NY. I used the Zappos printout for sizing kids and based on that I ordered too big. It’s better to go with your kids shoe size because it’s pretty accurate. But it’s just too bulky for me. I wanted one that could be used for rain but not necessarily cold, but this is not it. Without the removable insert, the boot is too big/roomy. With the insert, it looks to be too hot for anything other than winter. Compared to the Kamik Kids Waterbug, the shaft itself looks like it has some sort of lining so it appears that it will be even warmer than the Waterbug.

Fantastic boots. Seem like they will be great. We haven’t tested them out in a huge snow yet but for general snow conditions they have been very good. Easy to get on and off as well.

I had bought the same boot one size larger 2 years ago, and my child could get 2 winters out of it. They were a little loose the first year, but a thicker sock did the trick. I was happy. I think this time, the lining is thicker, so my child was complaining that her last toes were getting squeezed till it hurt! I will try one size bigger, instead of half as I did. Otherwise, sturdy, very good quality!

My 4 year old complained that the boots really hurt her feet even though they fit. The lining/boot is very firm and inflexible. We decide to return them because we were afraid we couldn’t get her to wear them to break them in. Made well but very uncomfortable.

These are good boots. They are easy off and on by my eight year old, and no complaints of cold or wet feet despite playing in a foot of snow. The ankle strap makes up for the rather stiff and wide boot opening.

I have bought my kids Kamiks before and they hold up really well. These boots seem to be no different. They fit my 10 year old’s size 3.5-4 feet and appear to have enough room for thicker or extra socks. The purple color looks good with her purple Lands End jacket. Surprisingly we haven’t had very much snow yet so she hasn’t been able to use them much.

Kamik boots are the absolute best for our Minnesota winters – cozy, warm, water resistant and comfortable. The pair these replaced had lasted through 4 winters and 2 different kids. My daughter also loved this great purple color, especially the little bit on the sole!

I bought last year’s version of these boots for my daughter, and they worked well in snow. They kept her feet warm and dry. I like the idea of the removable liner, but ended up not needing to remove it because it never got wet. I prefer the zipper that was on last year’s version because it was easier to get on and off, but these will still work. I bought this pair for this winter.

I purchased these boots for my 5 year old daughter and am very happy with them. They are easy for her to put on and take off and seem to keep her warm. The liner also dries out quickly as well. I would definitely purchase these again.

These are great boots for cold weather/snow. I tried several brands, Bogs, Sorel and Kamik Sleet and Kamik Rocket. My kids loved the Kamiks best, Rocket was the winner, followed by Sleet. Rocket is a little lighter weight than Sleet. Overall, Kamiks were better than the other brands, lighter, softer, more comfortable, and easy to put on and off. My daughter is usually a size 2.5 in Nike sneakers, but I sized up to 4 and she was able to keep them on with thick socks and have room to grow. The 3 felt fine too, but with thick socks, 4 was a little better.

I wish these boots worked for us! My daughter is (barely) a size 13, so I ordered one size up thinking they would be perfect. They are too small! 🙁 Holding them up heel to toe against her pair of insulated size 12 BOGS boots, the size 1 Kamiks are only slightly larger. Unfortunately, we will be returning.

My 5 yr old granddaughter was able to get these on with ease. I love that the liner comes out for easy drying. Also the drawstring at the top will keep snow from getting in to the boot. Also, they are tall enough to allow her to play in deeper snow than most boots. I believe her feet will be snug and warm while she is playing outside. I’m very happy with this purchase.
