My son normally wears a size 2, we ordered a 2 and 3….both were too small! I will be ordering a 4 to see it that works- he really likes the look of them.

Ordered the Charcoal color and it’s a really cute boot! My son wears a 4 1/2, so I ordered a 5 in the boot. Unfortunately, there is NO “wiggle room.” I’ve ordered a 6, but had to select a different color (Blue). Save yourself some time and aggravation – order (at least) a full size up! ** I have never purchased any other brand of snow boot – Kamik is the best!

I ordered two sizes for my son who wears an 11 little kids (got the 11 and 12 because reviews said they run small). Received the order and tried to put them on my son’s feet. Neither size worked. Could not get his foot even halfway into the boot. The shaft is extremely narrow and although it has a toggle closure, the bungee string is so short that the opening of the boot does not open any wider with the bungee string fully let out (if that makes sense). I was disappointed because I really liked the look of these boots and they seemed like they would be nice and warm. But had to return. Going with Sorel instead like we usually do since I have never had a fit issue or warmth issue with a Sorel boot for my children.

Our boys outgrew their second pair of Kamik’s. We love this boots. They run about a size small compared to other shoes. Got a size 1 this time, previous boots are size 12, boys wear size 12 sneaker. The size 1 has plenty of room, they might get two winters out of these again. The top lace eyes are hooks, this allows for the neck of the boot to open up and making on and off a snap. It took a few times for our seven year olds to figure it but now they got it. They say the boots are warm and comfortable. Kamik for us all the way. Wonderful products. We’ll chose them over others – to remain anonymous, you know how they are – every time. Be the smart parents at morning drop off; not the trendy one uppers living vicariously through their children sporting over marketed, over priced trash.

My son wears a size 3.5-4. We ordered a size 5 based on reviews. It just fit. So we switched it for a size 6. This boot fits nicely now, with room to grow. It is warm and comfortable, and he is very happy with it.

My son loves his new boots. They fit him very well and good for the winter. Would def buy again.

Warm, comfortable boot. We’ve only had them for two weeks, so I will wait to see how durable they are. My 9 year old son says he loves them!

I ordered a full size up so my 3yr old can wear them as long as possible. They are very easy to slip on and off, very warm and he loves them! They are a bit bulky but they still look cute.

Very bendy

Please make the calf of these boots wider! My son is thinner an d his pant leg still won’t fit inside the boot!!I If we uncomfortably roll his pant leg up then the material inside itches his sensitive skin. Such a bummer! Please make a bungee boot for boys that fits appropriately!!

My son wears a size 4 1/2, and after reading reviews I bought the size 6. The size 66 is a little too big but I was afraid the five would be too small. I wish these came in half sizes. The boot is made well, and seems warm. I like that the lining wasn’t an insert but the is part of the boot. Has been keeping his feet warm and comfy with an extra thick sock.

The lining is very soft and looks like it will provide great warmth. The lacing mechanism is perfect for small hands that don’t have enough strength to tie tight enough bow on boots. The upper is taller than I expected, rising to mid-shin on my 6 yr old of average height.

Fantastic boots for my 4 year very active toddler. They keep him very warm and snug. After 2 hours in the snow, his feet were warm and dry. The boots are very well made and had great traction in the snow. I highly recommend these boots and this brand.

These boots ran extremely small and I had to send back. My son has narrow feet, but he had trouble even getting the full size larger on his feet. He refused to wear due to how hard they were to get on, so I returned.

My 8 year old son loves his new snow boots. He likes that they “hug” his ankles.

my son complains that these are pushing into his foot where the rubber is. They are very cool looking and def keep him dry. im hoping he will get used to them or break them in or whatever has to happen for him to stop complaining about wearing them.

My son originally wears a size 13 Little Kid, but read the reviews and sized him up to size 2 Little Kid. He says they are very comfortable and warm. A tad loose, but nothing thick socks won’t fix. I’m positive they’ll still fit him next year which is always a great thing! We love the look and quality also! I actually prefer these over the North Face pair I bought him last year. I highly recommend Kamik!

Love these winter boots they are exceptional

This is our 3rd pair of the same boots for our boys and they are excellent! Both kids used their previous pairs through 2 New England winters and they are still in great shape. The upper cuff design allows for enough tightening while sizing up to get a little extra wear-time out of them. Definitely a plus with young kids.

One of the hook and eyes broke after 4 wears

My family of kids love the Kamik Brand. The boots are durable and stylish. This is our third pair for our growing boy. Highly recommend.

I disagree with other reviews that say these run small. Based on those reviews I ordered a size up and they’re HUGE. My 9 yr old son wears a 4.5-5Y. I ordered a 6Y. These were even too big for me and I wear an 8-8.5 women’s. They’re also lined with a fluffy material all the way through so with use that fluff would likely flatten out and the shoes would feel roomier. Order your actual size, do not size up. Even if these would have fit my son, I don’t think I would have kept them as they’re very bulky and chunky, even for a snow boot. I’ve attached pics with my size 8 womens foot next to the boot as well as with a measuring tape for reference

His son has very thin legs and feet and these fit very snug on him. Of course we didn’t notice immediately that you could unhook the elastic from the top loops to make him easier to get on, but they were still on the tight side. The quality seems very good as expected from this brand. I’m waiting for my son to decide between this style and the softer style seen more with the smaller sizes. I did expect it to go further up his leg but then maybe it would be too restricting for a child?
