This boots were so easy for me to put on. I have a bad knee that doesn’t bend easily, and I can step right into these boots this was my first Zappos purchase, and I am so happy

Definitely not wide!

The product description says it’s Wide – and that was the only selection as far as width goes. The product order says Medium. The product runs small, no matter what you call it. I ordered a 1/2 size larger than I actually wear, and my toes hit the end, plus they felt really narrow.

I bought the Hannah in normal, as I don’t have a wide foot but it was way too narrow. So I tried this Hannah in Wide, and it was still way too narrow. Returning 🙁

Too small in front. Too wide in back

I thought I had found the perfect winter worthy boot, after a very long search!
The good: warm on the feet in cold Montana winters, snowproof, we don’t have rain here, not entirely slip proof on the ice though, I had to be careful!
The bad: both zippers stick at the bulky seam intersection, it really takes an effort sometimes to get it zipped!
The worst: right away, as I was sliding my foot into the boot, the lining at the heel pulled away from the boot’s outer layer and bunched up under my heel, same thing happened to the other boot! I now have to use a long shoe horn to keep the lining in place while putting them on. Now the boots make a crinkling sound when walking, the two layers must be rubbing together!
Sadly, I decided to keep them simply because I am weary of the search!

Usually I am 8. So I ordered 9 because i will be using socks. And it fits perfect.

Not what I would call a wide width at all. Small in length as well, with a hard band feeling on the heel. I was hoping I’d found the holy grail of zipper closure, not super fuzzy/furry wide width snow boot but the search continues.

I wear a size 8 in VIONICS orthotic/wide shoes. I ordered the size 9 wide Kamik Hannah Zip Wide. My toes touched the end and the toe box was too narrow. This triggered instant nerve pain. I’m exchanging for a size 10 and will try again, but if the toe box is not wide enough, I will have to return.

I wear size 8 wide in VIONIC and ordered a size 9 wide and a size 10 wide Kamik Hannah in order to accommodate a VIONIC insole. This size 9 boot was too small, the size 10 felt like a size 8. The wide felt narrow in both 9 and 10. I am returning both pairs.

Really happy with my purchase.

I am a 7 wide, but when I ordered a 7D in this boot, it was way too tight, so I exchanged it for an 8D, which fits much better.

These were supposed to be a wide, but the only place they were wide was the back of the heel. My daughter usually wears a 7.5 Wide so we sized up to 8W and her foot was slipping up in the boot. I’m a regular size 8 and tried them on to see if we ordered too big a size, but they were at least 1/2 size too small in the length. I’m not sure this company understands what a wide foot usually looks like.
